Nighthawk M1 4g blocked by career

Now and today
The company STC has blocked
4G with nighthawk m1
All type of network band of 4g,
alot of people have this device they
can use only 3G band
Which is very slow , behave of other owners
I ask the developers to find a salotion
For this problem , I believe that the company blocked it , because i have other huw device and it works perfectly , thanks

Hope Netgear company hear their customer in Saudi Arabia As STC blocked these model to use LTE except 2300 band and to have a way to change the IMEI like Huwawei Company..

Yesterday the saudi internet service provider (STC company) blocked all the netgear 4G routers. My family are using more than 5 routers. All the five routers are useless.

Please we need help by explaining how to change the IMEI (serial number) to solve this issue.

Please help because Me and my family pay $289 USD for each router.

indeed, I am also faced the same issue TODAY, looks like the career has blocked 4G frequencies which not an fair !! I am using NETGEAR MR 1100 - 100EUS, I do have screenshots from TELNET if required

hello, yes my device got the same problem now, the nighthawk m1 is not working with 4G frequency, it only connects to 3G which sucks.

i even bought a netgear orbi from amazon to use them together, now BOTH of them are useless!

please give us a solution to do something about this.

other Huawei routers can do something about this by changing the IMEI.

but on netgear routers we cant do that, please.

we payed alot of money for netgear devices and now they're not usable.

I have the same problem with my router (AC810S)
and alot of my friends in saudi Arabia had this problem, and this is too bad for netgear routers especially when it comes very popular in our country and there's alot of people who they are looking for netgear routers. We hope that you are going to solve this problem.

you must know that:

  we have same problem in   Huawei  product

huawei give us method change imei from talnet  and all band back work

so i think you must give us method how can change imei in your product( i think that is the solution only no other solution)

specially m1

no problem if must open and do some edit inside it  we ready

just we want it back  work fine

if you not give us method that will big problem  we will not come back to buy any new device from netger so method change imei must soon Availability

when NetGear router became the best in the region, they began to find ways to block all LTE frequencies from it,  We hope you find a solution .. Huawei Router has several solutions to solve the problem.

Yeah me too .. i have M1 MR1100-100eus and it’s locked with 2300 band only and it’s not supporting the 4G+ anymore !!

Hope you give us a way to change the imei to solve this problem and in meanwhile the Huawei modem can !

Don’t let Huawei beat you guys 🙂
