Nighthawk M1 4g blocked by career

Hope Netgear company hear their customer in Saudi Arabia As STC blocked these model to use LTE except 2300 band and to have a way to change the IMEI like Huwawei Company..

My device is netgear MR1100EU

we are so angry regarding this matter and we believe you will provide the solution asap. I think changing the imei will solve the issue.

but we want a fast and permanent solution for this issue.

you are providing the amazing product but if the service provider block most of 4G bands this will degrade this product and make it useless and this something I don't think it is acceptable by Netgear.

لتجنب حظر وإعادة عمل الجهاز مرة أخرى والناس لشراء وعدم التوقف.

4g frequency blocking problem in Saudi Arabia for Netgear devices


I am a Saudi merchant and soon imported 180 pieces of 810s Netgear. Today, 4g frequencies have been turned off from STC Saudi Telecom, who is responsible for my big financial loss?! I've bought this big amount of big trust in the giant Netgear company. I hope you find a solution to this big problem and be as responsible in our confidence in you.

Hi ,
All bands are working on phones ... and there are some ways to make it works on Huawei routers..
so , we just need any way to make it work again on GREAT NEATGEAR ROUTERS.
bacaus it's not comparable by any others .

Surely STC customer service has made some comments ? if not then it is wise to contact immediately to get answers.

This is not their first time. They have done so in advance but they are a greedy company and we are forced to deal with them because there are no other services.
The solution was to install some of the other routers by changing imei's then tower to connect from another device rather than a neatgear .

Still the 4G bands blocked by STC company ... this is the worst thing to be happened, I do have a believe that the greatest company NETGEAR can act accordingly.B40 only !!!

only hope for fix this it's Netgear 
you don't know STC its worst company on earth they block band 1800 and 700 only open band 2300 and they will not do anything to fix this they want this and we only have this company

Telcompnay STC, in way you guys might
Find any other solution , STC compny blocked all devices by the IMIE , we ask for any way out , to get out of this problem caused by the company, open telnet , give us the commends , we gonna do the reast 😁

I asked Netgear engineer to investigate this. So company should be aware of this.

It looks like negotiation contact exists between Netgear and cell operator, but this is described as "not an easy case".

I hope they could do something about that also netgear hope everyone to have their technology as you see here in Saudi Arabia this modem has made a big deference for us while using internet i have no idea why our companies always blocking these modems from her customers of getting the best futures of her network speed ups and only can use it on mobile phones so i hope developers can find solutions for that problem and here are some speed up tests before and after blocking for me. Is that really fear?

this greedy company won’t allow it, because it already blocked these frequencies from all routers not just netgear, definitely not an easy case, they don’t give a **bleep** about their customers, their **bleep**s is only given to money, they are the biggest ISP with most coverage in saudi arabia, they won’t back down.

Please we only need you to allow telnet modification so we can do this on our own, just like huawei routers, that’s all we need.

The company STC has blocked
4G with nighthawk m1
All type of network band of 4g,
alot of people have this device they 
can use only 3G band
Which is very slow , behave of other owners
I ask the developers to find a salotion
For this problem , I believe that the company blocked it , because i have other huw device and it works perfectly , thanks
