Zain DC112A cradle use in the UK

Hi I have a Zain DC112A cradle for NETGEAR AirCard 810s.
I can’t get the cradle to work in the Uk, I have seen a post on here saying that the Zain DC112a will only work in the Middle East.
Does anyone know how to convert it to work in the UK? I find it hard to believe that NETGEAR build a divice for one area of the world. Can it be flashed with UK spec software?

What is the error message when you setup the DC112A?
