problem signal searching after upgrade latest firmware on m2 nighthawk

hi, i am from malaysia and i use m2 nighthawk telstra , my problem is when i upgrade new firmware NTGX24_10.17.10.00, signal just searching and no network found, and appear on screen mobile broadband disconnected, what should i do, please help me thank you

Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware. Look at the label on the device for the model number.

You may have done this already. I can't tell from your message.

I mention it because Netgear stopped supplying printed manuals and CD versions some years ago and people sometimes miss the downloads.
