Circle Passcode Not Showing in App

I’m trying to get the Circle app working on my wife’s phone. It works fine on mine. I understand to do this I need to get the passcode from my app so she can enter it in hers. The problem is that in my app there is no passcode, it’s just blank. Any ideas??
