Circle Premium features gone on nighthawk r8000p

I subscribed to the circle premium features. They didn’t appear right away. But then did. And now they are gone again. Went through and manage to my subscription in the iPhone App Store. I stopped the subscription and restarted but still no premium services available. Anyone know how to get them back?
