Enabled Parental Controls for the first time and Circle asking for pin

Please help. I enabled parental controls on my Nighthawk Netgear router for the first time and downloaded the circle 1st generation app. It had me log into the my router and is now asking for the Circle admin passcode (4 number pin). I've never set this up and can't figure out how to get past this. Please help.

I've gone through all of the help pages. There are no instructions on how to reset the circle passcode. Seems silly I can't do this from the router admin console.
