How to turn off Circle offer at login

On my Nighthawk R7000P: how do I disable the offer to enable the Circle app? Every time I sign into the router Admin this annoying popup appears. Where is the switch to say "stop offering me this everytime I sign in"?

What version of FW is loaded on the router?

I assume FW = firmware, in which case it is version V1.3.3.154_10.1.86

Please navigate to the following settings on your Nighthawk app:

HAMBURGER MENU > SETTINGS >  PARENTAL CONTROLS > toggle to DISABLE SMART PARENTAL CONTROLS.

There is no option to DISABLE Circle; only an option to ENABLE. And yes, I am using the most recent version of the app. Plus I wish to turn off the Circle offer when I sign in to my router from my Mac.

Is there any enable or disable button on the routers web page using a web browser under Advanced Tab/Admin/Security?
