Moving from stand-alone Circle to RBR20 Circle

I have Orbi RBR20 with Circle. I used to have a stand-alone circle with a different router before upgrading to the Orbi. I still have the Circle app on my phone and it  now shows the Orbi router/serial number, etc. I'm trying to get Circle up and running on the Orbi router.

Circle App Version: 2.1.5

Circle Firmware: 2.0.8.9

Router Firmware: V2.3.5.26

Problem: Apparently my app is not connecting to Circle on the Orbi. I have a "re-enable Circle" in red under the Manage menu items. When I select "re-enable Circle" I get the typical prompt " Circle will manage your network....would you like to continue?" I click "Enable" option.  I get the message "Can't connect to Circle."

The typical things I would have done in this instance on my stand-alone Circle I don't see how to do with this built-in Circle.

Would really like to not have to uninstall and reinstall the Circle app since it contains all the devices/setup that we want Circle to manage

Model: RBR20|Orbi AC2200 Tri-band WiFi Router

Good luck.
