Orbi rbr 50 v2 parental control
Hi everyone,
I purchased orbi rbr 50 with 2 satellites couple of years ago. I had a circle parental subscription and it was working fine. I recently renewed my subscription but it seems it doesn’t wok.
I would appreciate it if you can advise me how to fix it.
Best regards
Tugrul

Re: Orbi rbr 50 v2 parental control
Dear Kevin,
Thank you very much for the reply. I followed the instructions. First, I manually updated the firmware to v2.7.4.24. Second, I downloaded the Circle app for Gen1 devices. It checked the network, and found the compatible device. I press the enabled button, it tried to connect to the router with my credentials, but somehow it was unsuccessful. “ something went wrong” message popped up.
Am I missing something or doing something wrong?
Please advise.
Best regards.
Tugrul
