Parental Control in RBK 853

Hi 

I have just purchased Orbi RBK 853 (3pack) mesh router though it was very expensive. I purchased it for its Smart Parental Control. 

Unfortuantely, after purchasing it I found that its Smart Parental Control does not work for all the countires. Such demarites of this product was not mentioned anywhere in the product feature given online. 

I am from Bangladesh and cannot return this product easily. So I have no other option but to use it. 

Can anyone give me any solution how I can activate/use Smart Parental Control in my RBK853. I dont mind paying montly for very good Smart Parental Control service from Orbi. I am badly in need of Smart Parental Control.

Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Smart Parental Controls/Circle product.
