R7960P Cirlcle 1st gen

I can not login to my Circle app. It states the passcode was sent to my phone via text, but I never get it. I've tried all the "helpful hints" but nothing works. Wondering if a reset of the router would diable the whole stinking Circle settings, so my screens aren't stuck on settings i can't control. Thanks
