Using DisneyCircle on router - and kindle won't connect
Installed Disney Circle (premium) on our router. Everything is working except one kindle. it will no longer connect to our router. However, it will connect instantly to hotspot (so its not the kindle). I have reset the kindle, restarted it, removed it from circle to get it readded. I have restarted the router as well. It still will not connect. I have changed it in circle to home and also unmanaged devices. Another kindle will connect. any advice would be appreciated. the kindle is only a year old.

Re: Using DisneyCircle on router - and kindle won't connect
Hi @MyCinna,
Welcome to the community!
1. What is the firmware version of your router?
2. Can the Kindle connect if you have Circle disabled?
3. Did the Kindle connect to the router before?
4. Please make sure you do not have any access control feature enabled.
