ios app "unable to find circle" on Orbi RBR50
Hardware: RBR50 (Orbi)
Firmware V2.2.1.210
For months, upon original setup, Circle worked just fine. I turned it off, but cannot restart. Here's where I'm at now:
Circle enabled, router rebooted, but iOS circle app "Unable to find Circle"
After the app can't find, I'm presented the options "try again" or "pair new circle".
Try again doesn't work.
"Pair new circle" gets me to a screen that says "your router is compatible! Do you want to enable Circle on your NETGEAR router?"
If I select "Enable Circle" I get recirculating arrows for a moment then same screen reloads.
If I select "No Thanks" I'm taken back.

Re: ios app "unable to find circle" on Orbi RBR50
Hi @AlanSeptoff,
Welcome to the community!
1. Have you tried using another device (Android, another iOS device) for the setup?
2. Have you tried resetting the Orbi router?
3. Have you tried re-installing the app?

Re: ios app "unable to find circle" on Orbi RBR50
Hi @DexterJB , I have the same problem that @AlanSeptoff had with his RBR50 unable to find circle. I was using the circle on my Orbi until 12/18/2018 when a power outage occured. When my Orbi restarted, Circle was gone. I have tried all 3 of your suggestions and none solve the problem. Do you have any other suggestions?

Re: ios app "unable to find circle" on Orbi RBR50
@Winfang I don't have a great answer for you. I can say that within 24 hours of asking @DexterJB for help my Circle started working again without my intervention. Still don't know if that was just coincedence or not. Be sure that you log into your console and turn parental controls off and then back on. Once my Circle started working again, my kids were locked out of their devices. I had to disable and enable to gain control.

Re: ios app "unable to find circle" on Orbi RBR50
I have just recently activated parental controls on my Netgear Nighhawk AC2300 / R7000P and installed Circle on my Galaxy S5. I completed the set-up and everything was working fine until this morning I had a simiiliar issue where the same message pops up "Unable to find Circle" and the only options are to setup everything all over again.
The strange thing is Circle seems to still be working as I'm still getting push messages from Circle.
Please help.....the last thing I want to have to do is set everything up again and then what if it happens again.

johnfoxbahamas have you tried logging into your router console and deactivating Circle and then activating it again.
