Nas works great, but communication is terrible. Just got an email about maintenance. Send time 14:06, maintanance starts 0:00. Important back up your settings. Eh too late... some customers dont live in the us. Thank you very much. Contact netgear? Nope not possible. Next nas will not be a netgear. Business continuity and communication must never be in the hands of sales or it departments.
