Ac750 wifi modem router

Hi all,

Desperately searching for help. Blyth new modem today have tried to connect Mac computer, iPhone and iPad but I keep getting told I've times out or have the wrong psaword(depending which divide I'm trying to connect).
Really need internet working for uni exams and assignments this week.
Any help or advice greatly appreciated.

Are you entering the correct password into your devices? The modem has an admin password and one or more Wi-Fi passwords. You should be entering the Wi-Fi password into your devices, not the admin password. The password is also case sensitive.

Thanks for reply (sorry for bad English, typing off a phone is crazy.)
Yes password is correct. There is only one password, one serial number and one MAC number in the back of the modem. Am I missing something?

Sorry should add I can't find anything different regarding passwords - not one that says admin or wifi just simply 'password'

What's the model number of your router?  AC750 is a speed rating not a model number.
