Model : D2200D-1FRNAS
New service from Frontier. I got the 49/mo 6mbps service. But when I log into the modem the speed is set at 1525/378.
Called Frontier who says a tech has to come change the modem. 2+ weeks. Can I do this myself ?
I'm surprised this is a modem issue. Shouldn't this be set at the central office ?
