D500 N150 : Not able toD500|N150 Not able to connect WiFi through Windows10

Hi,

I am not able to connect wifi though windows 10. However, I was able to connect to wifi though different devices like ubuntu machine and android devices.

Device details

Router Firmware Version
V1.0.0.20_1.0.1PE

Security Options
Tried following both options. None of them worked.
WPA2-PSK [AES] and WPA-PSK [TKIP] + WPA2-PSK [AES]

Windows 10 version: Version 1709 (OS Build 16299.334)

Any help in this regard is much appreciated.

That doesn't tell us much. What happens when you try? What are you using to connect to the wifi in Windows 10?

If other things work, the modem router is clearly working so you probably need to change something in the Windows network settings.

The network troubleshooter in Win 10 is a big improvement on older versions. Tried that?

Look in Network & Internet Settings in Windows. Ensure that the wifi network has the Network profile set to a Private
