D6300 hardware problem
firmware version: V1.0.0.102
I think that my D6300 modem - router has an hardware problem. The netgear logo on the front, that is usually illuminate in withe, is now off. And all 4 rear ethernet ports do not work. Internet connection with ISP and wifi works properly. Is there the possibility to repair it or is better to buy anotherone? I bought it in february 2015, it's pretty new. What should i do?

I doubt that any repair will be practical. I'd probably scour Ebay
for a (cheaper-than-new-retail) replacement.

Re: D6300 hardware problem
Do you have a spare power supply that you can try? Perhaps something from an older Netgear product. You just need something with the right volts and amps and polarity (+/-) on the tip.

Three years? That's getting on in Internet years.
