D7800 QoS settings

Hello, I am interested on buying a D7800 but I don't like the "Dynamic QoS" at all, since I would like to set up QoS rules manually and with a certain degree of precision (i.e. cutting the download bandwidth of a specific device on the network identified by IP or MAC). I can't find any info about that, so I am asking here if the D7800 allows for a full manual QoS setup and in what degree (a screenshot of the QoS settings would be really appreciated).

Hi Bahamut, 

This ADSL router support Dynamic QoS not the old of QoS setup wherein you have an option to manually add the priority rule.
