Help please - D8500 Nighthawk AC5300 Wifi Modem Router - can't access bridge mode - Here is what I want to do - Have a Netgear V7610 in office near internet connection - want to place D8500 (the second modem/router) near my home entertainment centre to run as wi-fi bridge and ethernet cable connect Smart Tv, DVR, game console etc.
Via routerlogin - menu path - Advanced>Advanced Setup>Wireless Settings
can't find the "use other operation mode" check box to enable bridge mode radio button and can't locate in any other menu either - what I am missing? Any suggestions? Trying to use in bridge mode rather than Access Point
Latest firmware installed V1.0.3.42_1.0.1

Hi Chestersam,
D8500 does not support this function. This is only available in Nighthawk Router not ADSL modem/router.

Re: D8500 - Bridge Mode option doesn't appear
Under Advance setup, can you see "Router/AP/Bridge/Repeating mode" if so click on it and then click on the button "set up bridge mode wireless settings" that should bring up popup windows to input the settings.
