Re: DGN2200v4 Remote Management Issue

I have set up remote management on my DGN2200v4 and I can log into, see, and switch b/w the basic and advance menu's. However when I select on any particular setting for modification, nothing happens, and the router gets stuck in a loop with the browser saying "Establishing Secure Connection".

Apparently remote management does not like Chrome. I switched to IE and the pages loaded fine.

Chrome, Opera are two browser not recommended. Usually IE or firefox of two the most compatible with Netgear devices. Safari should be ok too

Have you checked if the device is running on the latest FW?

I am having the same issue running the latest firmware as of 2/21/2014.

Shouldn't the Remote Management feature be disabled, or at least discourage it's use, unless the user is positive that the firmware has the latest security fixes or doesn't care that they could be hacked?
