I have an DGN2200v3 wireless router that I no longer need to use as a gateway. I want to re-purpose it to act as a wireless AP for my new wireless gateway.
For some reason I cannot change the SSID. Even logged in as the admin, when I go to change the SSID and click the Apply button, the screen just refreshes and still shows the old name. Anything under the Wireless Settings page does the same thing, whether it's choosing which kind of WPA or the pass phrase, or checking the boxes to allow wireless isolation and SSID broadcast. All changes are ignored and reverted once I click the Apply button. I did a factory reset and still have the same problem. Currently I am configuring the router from a single laptop plugged into one of the router's data ports (not the ADSL WAN port) with a cable.
