DGND3800B port forwarding doesn't work

I've configured port forwarding for VNC (port 5900 TCP) on my router, but form the outside, I can't contact the port. I also tried configuring the remote access, but it wont respond (to the 8080 port).

Do you have a Firewall or antivirus that could be stopping access from happening?

I tried again and apparently the port forwarding works, but I can't use the external ip (or ddns) inside the network. meaning I can connect to my vnc from mobile network, but not from my wifi access point. Is that intended?

I believe so but I will double check that but you should be able to access the device with the 192.168.x.xx while your connected to the same network. Let me know if that works or not.
