"Line 2" was enough to convince me, but "Aggregated" and "Bonded" are
also pretty conclusive.

If that's true, then you'd want to use a different router (where you
_can_ specify a DNS server.)

"recognize" is not the problem. To use another router with the
BGW210-700, you'd like to configure the BGW210-700 as a modem-only
("bridge" mode). Arris or AT&T might be better places than this to seek
information on configuring the BGW210-700.

Re: DM200 Fails to Connect - AT&T VDSL
Sorry for the mangled message.
error on DM200 is - Your DM200 is not compatible with this network - Return router to store where you purchased it.
Hope this helps

That would certainly be a (big) problem.
Was there some actual problem which you expected the DM200 to solve?

Re: DM200 Fails to Connect - AT&T VDSL
I wanted to setup a DNS sinkhole to get rid of ads. And I wanted to setup Mesh wifi.

How would the DM200 help with that? Can you not specify a DNS server
on the BGW210-700?

How would the DM200 help with that? Does the BGW210-700 not have a
modem-only mode? (Or does your proposed "Mesh wifi" system not work as
a wireless access point?)

Re: DM200 Fails to Connect - AT&T VDSL
Also, in looking at the screenshot of the DSL statistics from the Arris BGW210, Would the reference to bonded upstream rate (and downstream) be kind of a smoking gun that the line is bonded??

Re: DM200 Fails to Connect - AT&T VDSL
The DM200 does allow you to specify your DNS servier. The BGW210-700 does not. ATT provides DSN Server with your DHCP address.
Actually, I believe that the Mesh wifi can still be on the table if I can get the BGW210 to recognize it. I have been focused on getting the moden/router to work. A couple of attempts to hook the Mesh (Orbi RBR50v2) to the BGW210 were unsuccessful but I really can't say that I have tried everything, yet.
