How can I see log when internet connection was ok and when not ?

My Netgear router is an VVG2000 modem-router.

I need (VERY IMPORTANT) to know lookng at he last few days log - when router was communicating with the Internet and when connection was down.

Is there such a way ??

There should be [Internet connected] and [Internet Disconnected] messages in the logs.  But this will only tell you if the router was connected.  It won't tell you whether a device was using the Internet while the Internet was up.
