How do I prevent someone hacking my router?
I can see the person using my router in the Network Map window, but unsure how to prevent the person hacking my router.

I told you what I see. ??? Yes, the connect is wifi. It's someone's pc.
The network shows who's connected to the router. The additional connect is a pc.

Sorry, but the fact that you see something on your "Network Map window" isn't enough. Sometimes people assume that someone is on their network when it is really their own hardware that they do not recognise.
Is this the Network Map in the Netgear desktop genie? What do you see when you click the unwelcome device that is connected?
What is its IP address? Is there a MAC address?
Have you set up the security for your wifi network?
Have you tried to change the SSID? How about the password?
If you retrieve the manual for your modem:
>>> D6200 | Product | Support | NETGEAR <<<
you can read how to make these changes.
Look at page 35 and page 103. On page 105 you can read how to use a Wireless Access List. Then you can block any unknown devices from using your wifi.
This is not 100% reliable. If your next door neighbour is a rocket scientist they can probably get through your defences. But if you haven't tried these things then any casual visitor will find it easier to snaffle your wireless.
