LAN 1 Port dead on Netgear Nighthawk D7000 AC1900.

It's my first Netgear device and i discovered this problem.

LAN 1 port it's dead when i connect a ethernet cable. Work only the rest 2-3-4. The device it's brand new. Any help ?

Just moved it to the appropriate board.

Return the unit for another new one.

Return in NETGEAR ? It's not posibly to fix LAN 1 port ?

Only other thing to check is the pins inside the jack to make sure they are not damaged or touching each other. If swapping cables doesnt' do anything this it's a HW issue and needs to be replaced. Nothing else can be done.
