Netgear D2200D resetting my channel?

I am trying to find my ISP address, you know, the ones that have 192.---.---.---?

Does anyone know how I can find this so I might change my channel on my Netgear D2200D router?

I have been having a lot of problems with Frontier and my internet dropping me a lot lately. 

I hadn't had this much trouble, not since I first signed up with them.

So can  anyone help me to find out how I can find this address so I can change the channel to see if that helps with my speed?

If you're trying to log into the router it will be 192.168.1.1 you can also use http://www. routerlogin.net
