Unfortunately, it's not possible to set up a CNAME with stock firmware.

I was wodering if you know a router for which I can configure the CNAME.  OObjectif is to force all thee android phone/ to have a youtube restrcted mode.. thanks

Any router that can run third-party firmware (DD-WRT, Tomato, OpenWRT, AsusWRT Merlin) will work.  Some business class routers will work.  Ubiquiti's Edgerouter, for example.
