Go to netgear support look up your device and download manual. Read it because you'll need to know how to set it up after you set it to change password.

If the router is for Voice included in the feature than this is ISP branded unit and has branded firmware. You will NOT able to change password nor likely to have default Netgear user/pass

You have to contact ISP support not netgear support and ask the user/pass. Again if this ISP branded firmware you will not able to change password .

Hi, l have one of these modems and trying to do a " Firmware Ware Update" but l can not find this model on any of Netgears support sites ! So does Netgear support this model? At the moment it's running so is are V1.0.00.05_1.00.05 there any updates or anyway to find out more on this unit?
