Port Forwarding 5901 for VNC not listed on router Netgear DGND 3700 V2
2017-06-24 12:01 AM
Hi
I have a Netgear DGND3700 V2, with port forwarding, it has set ports to set up port forwarding.
The problem is I can not find VNC port forwarding 5901 or 5900 .
On this model you can not manualy set the ports, I do not think.
I have SSH port 22 working find, that is listed but I can not find port 5901 for VNC.
Thanks

You can manually set your own ports. Click on the Add Custom Service button on the port forwarding page.

Thanks for that but the router saying those ports are being used which they are not.
Dose not matter what setting I use the router stops you setting that port 5900 or 5901 saying that it is being used.
Thanks

Disable UPnP. The ports could also be used by normal NAT-ing. Reboot the router to free up the ports. Then, immediately create the port forwarding rules.
