ReadyCloud App problems

ReadyCloud App problems

I am able to open the ReadyCloud App (on iPad) and see my Router, however when I tap on it in order to access the attached hard drive the App 'freezes' and shuts down!!

 

is this a common problem and is there an expected App update to resolve this???

What is your router model?  What is your router's firmware version?

And what is your readycloud app version?

Hi there

 
The Router is a Nighthawk D7000, the Firmware is V1.0.1.48 and the "Genie' version is 3.1.28.
 
The ReadyCLOUD App is Version 1.5.9 (139).
