ReadyCloud upgrade account problem

Hallo everybody!

Till few days ago I had a readyshare cloud account that was working. Today I had the unhappy idea to upgrade my readyshare cloud account to my netgear account and now I cannot connect anymore with my usb, not on web, not with app. I read the list of router that are compatible with readycloud now, and my it's not on. But because was working before with readyshare cloud, shoulnd't it work also now with readycloud?

I changed in the admin page of the router the account, but now it tells me that it cannot register!!

Anybody can help me to understand?

By the way, what's the exact model number of the NETGEAR device?

I cannot login through the website you posted 😥.... Not with the netgear.com account, not with the readyshare cloud account.
I have a DGND4000....
