I have a DGND3700 router with mass storage attached. I have a Samsung Smart TV UA40F6400AM connected via LAN port. Basically I want to play movies from my mass storage on my tv, without having to use my outdated mac (OS X Lion) as a "middle" device. Is this possible?
All the functions I have been looking at on TV/blu ray player wont recognize the router as a device that holds content. Thanks.

Re: Streaming
In the router setup USB section do you have the option 'Enable Media Server' selected? This should provide a DLNA compliant service.
