Time Machine with Netgear D6200
Hi guys,
I have been trying to set up Time Machine to work over wifi with my Netgear D6200 and a powered WD 2TB hard drive plugged into the USB.
I followed these steps here:
http://sketchytech.blogspot.com.au/2013/08/setting-up-netgear-readyshare-wifi.html
My initial backup, albiet very slow, seems to work. The problem is when it goes to do the next backup I get an error saying the drive cannot be found and to please try again when the harddrive is plugged in.
Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong? The harddrive always worked when plugged in direct to my rMBP.
Thanks in advance for your help!
Chris

Re: Time Machine with Netgear D6200
Hello AchmedTarquin
here is the steps we have listed on how to set up Time Machine. If i have a mac I would test this and see if I got the same results but you might want to try and format again and try these steps.

Re: Time Machine with Netgear D6200
Hi Darren,
Trying this now. On initial backup, which worked previously, at the moment.
When this finishes I'll try and back up again and see what it says.
The only difference I can see is everything I read said to select G > Connect to server and then type in smb://readyshare in as server wheras what you've said to do is type in afp://routerlogin.net
Will see how it goes and comment back.
Cheers
