Hi,
is it possible to share a laser printer (Brother HL L2300D) with 6400 router from linux machines?
Thanks

Hello ferrvittorio
On page 183 you will find the setup on how to share the printer on your network.

Re: Trying to connect a printer to D6400 usb from linux machine
Hi Darren
Thank you for your answer
I realized my question was actually incomplete, is it possible to print without any windows machine turned on in the network?
Can netgear router act as a pure CUPS server ( http://netgear-address:631/printers/PRINTER)
I do not have any windows machine in my sub network
If not, I can find different solutions
Thanks again

Re: Trying to connect a printer to D6400 usb from linux machine
Hello ferrvittorio
I do not believe so because you would need the usb control center software that is for windows unless you can get that to run on your linux system.
