Unexpected factory reset of DGND3700v2

Yesterday morning while working I was unexpectedly disconnected from the internet. Then my wireless connection to the router dropped and would not reconnect. Next I went to a computer that was wire connected to the router and found it had been completely reset back to factory defaults. I had to go through and completely reprogram it. Any idea why this would happen?

This is a odd thing to happen for a factory reset with no one holding down the button on the back. Have you seen any odd behavior since you re setup the modem? hope to hear your feedback.
