Wireless clients can't connect to wired client

So I have a server connected to the router via Ethernet, a laptop connected through WiFi, and a desktop also connected through Ethernet. The laptop used to be able to connect to the server, but all of a sudden it no longer can, yet the desktop can still connect to the server.
I have encountered this issue before, and disabling SIP ALG fixed the problem, SIP ALG is still disabled and Wireless Isolation is turned off for all my Wireless Networks, in fact prior to the issue occuring, no configuration changes were made to the router. I have also ruled out the server's firewall causing problems as the issue continues to occur with it off, same with the laptop as it's the same with any wireless client.
I am running firmware version V1.0.0.90_1.0.90, my server is running CentOS 7, and both my laptop and desktop are running Windows 10 Pro.

For anybody else having this issue: I solved it by powercycling (turning off, waiting 10 seconds, and turning back on) the router.
