not able to ping wifi connections
Hi
I have connected the laptop and printer to the wifi of my Netgear ADSL router DG834g V5.I am not able to ping the devices connected to wifi.
I am able to ping the router from laptop.
Any suggestions welcome.

It might be more helpful if you said if the laptop can connect to the wifi. That's a more reliable test.
As to the printer, again, can it connect? What is it?
Take us through what you are doing and where it gores wrong.
Don't expect much from this modem/router. V5 appeared in 2008 and V1 dates back to 2005. No 5 GHz wifi and 100 Mbps LAN.

What are your "the laptop and printer"?

"not able" is not a useful problem description. It does not say what
you did. It does not say what happened when you did it. As usual,
showing actual actions (commands) with their actual results (error
messages, LED indicators, ...) can be more helpful than vague
descriptions or interpretations. Copy+paste is your friend.
Where are you running this "ping" command? What are the actual
command and its actual output?
Why is "ping" important to you? Is that your only complaint, or does
something else (useful) not work?
