Wireless AP mode Netgear DGN2200
Good day, I would like to find out how to take this router out of wireless ap mode. I do not remember the IP adress used when putting this router on wireless ap mode. I have tried resetting and it still stays on wireless ap mode, I also can not connect to this router as it says no internet connection ( I tried connecting this router to my huawei B618 modem via ether ethernet cable and WAN port however it does not give internet to the netgear router). Any suggestions ?

Re: Wireless AP mode Netgear DGN2200
You did well to get the DGN2200 (a modem router) into AP mode. That isn't easy with kit this old.
The factory reset is there to restore the thing to its original settings. If the simple one-push thing doesn't work, try this:
- Press reset for 30 seconds
- Keep pressing reset while removing power
- Keep pressing reset for another 30 seconds while apply power
Out of interest, why are you bothering with an old ADSL modem/router that has slow WAN/LAN (100BASE-Tx) and no support for 5GHz wifi?

Hardware version (plain/[v1], "v3", or "v4")?

How did you determine that it's still in AP mode? A proper reset
should return it to router mode.

What is "it"? Who, exactly, says what, exactly, when you do what,
exactly? As usual, showing actual actions with their actual results
(error messages, LED indicators, ...) can be more helpful than vague
descriptions or interpretations. Copy+paste is your friend.

In the "v4", it's a one-step option, which is pretty easy.
