Hay

Ich habe ein momentan ein problem mein Rnd v2 blinkt andauernd der power knopf und wird von raidar auch nicht erkannt....

habe alles korekt angeschlosen netzwerk verbindung steht....

habe 2 mal 500gb drine.

könnte das daran ligen das ich windoof 10 nutze?

oder habt ihr eine idee danke für jede antwort 😄

First, make sure the NAS is connected properly to the network, sometimes this happens when the NAS is not getting a valid IP address from the network's router. Check if the LED on the router/switch where it is connected is lighting up.

What is the RAID level of your NAS? If it is XRAID which is automatically RAID1, try powering off the NAS then remove one of the disks then power it back on. Check if RAIDar will detect it and if it does, try accessing the dashboard and files. If same problem, power off the NAS then put the disk that you have removed and pull out the other disk then power it back up. Try again to check if the same problem. In this way, you are checking if one of the disks is causing the problem. Remember to label the disks, do NOT swap them, they should always be inserted to their respective bays.
