Orbi Rbk 353

Hi
I have purchased an Orbi RBK353 without the ac power adapter. As I did not yet received it yet I am looking for third party adapters.
AS I understand I need for Europe:
230V, 50 Hz, input
(output): 12V, 3.5A DC output.
Suggestions or a link for a well working third party adapter?
Model: RBK53|Orbi AC3000 Tri-band WiFi System

Re: Orbi Rbk 353

Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Orbi AX (WiFi 6) products. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with Orbi AX and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this "general Orbi" forum. Might be more likely to find someone who has a solution if the question is posted there:

Thank you.

An adapter is an adapter, no matter what hardware you need to power. Most of Netgear's stuff, Orbi and Nighthawk regardless, has the same sort of adapter. Quite why anyone wants to send you off to another section is beyond me. So let's deal with it here.

Any third party device that meets the specs would be fine. No harm on having more amps, but the polarity and tip size are important. Some devices come with a set of tips that you can swap around. There are even adapters with switchable polarity.

Try the usual on-line places (search on "ac adapter 12v"). Sometimes they will even have compatibility claims for Netgear kit.

Or visit a convenient retail outlet near you.

You might even have something lying around the house. Some of this bricks used to power other electronic devices will work with a Netgear box.
