Insight Switch - Port Monitoring in Insight Mode

As the port monitoring options on Insighht are rather limited, we would kindly ask Netgear to allow access to 

 

Monitoring -> Ports

  • Switch Statistics
  • Port Statistics
  • Port Detailed Statistics
  • EAP Statistics
  • (Cable Test?)

on the switch local Web UI.

    Hello,

     

    These are already located on the local GUI of the GC switches. If the device is connected and being managed through Insight the user would need to log into the switch and toggle the switch to local mode in order to re-enable these features and use them for testing purposes.

      That's not what we're looking for - troubleshooting and more details while the switch is Insight managed.

      This information is available anyway, no reason to not display it.

      Oh, IP and ARP tables are required to be made visible in the Web UI while Insight management is up, too

      Zero interest for breaking a leg to see the hospital from inside!
