Comands in Netgear from Cisco due to a migration

Hi, I need to investigate some commands configured in Cisco switches because Im migrating for new one from NETGEAR.

Cisco switches are 3750

Netgear SWs are M4300

Problem is commands like portfast, ip subnet-zero,
no aaa new-model, spanning-tree extend system-id and others in order to migrate all old configuration in new ones...

Could you inform when can i find similar commands or understand them?
