GS724Tv4 enable sntp

Hi,

currently i am struggling with enabling SNTP on the GS724Tv4. I have added an SNTP server on System>Management>Time>SNTP Server Configuration and enabled Daylight Saving Time Configuration. I set the clock source on Time Configuration to SNTP, and no matter if i set client mode to Unicast or Broadcast, after i click Apply the page refreshes and the setting is set back to Local. Is there something missing or how can i properly set the Time mode to SNTP?

FW Version 6.3.1.16

I was able to resolve this issue with upgrading to Firmware 6.3.1.19

Welcome to our community!

You may need to setup first the time server in order for it to work properly. You may also upgrade the firmware of the switch to its latest version.
