Stack Port link down発生原因について

I would like to discuss a problem with a device in use.

The stack configuration consisting of the following two SWs is suddenly stopping at Stack Port link down due to an error, and although there is no fatal impact from the stacking, it is happening once a month. If you have any idea about the cause, please let us know. We are considering requesting send-back maintenance if we suspect equipment failure.
