Re: netgear GSM7352s byte error crc check firmware
Hi IT_VBO,
Welcome to the community.
I suggest that you contact NETGEAR Support for assistance. Be reminded that a support contract might be offered to you if ever the support warranty has expired on the GSM7352S.

Re: netgear GSM7352s byte error crc check firmware
You likely have bad flash since the CRC error can also happen if you have bad flash that can't be written correclty to.
First you need to check what firmware you do have on the switch. There is usually an option in boot menu for operation code status. May want to check that and post back what firmware version you have on there first.
Second, the dev OsapiFsUtils command will only work once you are at the enable prompt.
that article is basically to free up space on the flash. You can always flash the backup image to work around that. Make sure you don't try to upgrade to 10.x code since the v1 don't have ability to load that code up. (too old of hardware). Use 8.0.3.x

Re: netgear GSM7352s byte error crc check firmware
Hi IT_VBO,
As a follow-up to Jedi_Exile's response unto you, make sure to upgrade the firmware via TFTP. Its because HTTP might give CRC errors. Here is the link where to download the latest firmware as well as the list of firmwares for the GSM7352Sv1 (v = version).
Were you able to execute the command "dev osapiFsUtils" via the enable prompt then proceed with it?

Re: netgear GSM7352s byte error crc check firmware
Hello,
On KB http://kb.netgear.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/22
"For GSM73xxS, instead of using the firmware images available on the NETGEAR support site, first obtain the file “gsm73xs-6.2.0.6.opr” available from URL ftp://downloads.netgear.com/files/gsm73xxs-6.2.0.6.opr. Then, use the following procedure to load the switch with that file. After reboot the switch, upgrade to the 6.3.x.x firmware normally using either TFTP or HTTP from WEB interface, or copy command from CLI. The file “gsm73xxs-6.2.0.6.opr” should only be used for loading the switch using XMODEM and serial console. Do NOT use the file for normal firmware upgrade using TFTP."
Where i can get the “gsm73xxs-6.2.0.6.opr” file please ?
Maybe this is the solution...
