I have a Meural MC227 and I can no longer sign in with our original account
We've had Meural canvases since 2018. It's been awhile since we update - I blame 2020. We went to log on and our Meural account no longer works. We also can't register these canvases to a new account. I found a similar community support ask that suggested contacting support to get the devices released from the old account but when I try and connect with support it tells me I'm out of free support and will need to pay. I'd really like to update the pictures on my Meural. Any ideas?

For product registration inquiries, you may email our Customer Care at customer.service@netgear.com and provide them with your old/new email address along with the serial number of your devices.
