I have the original Meural Canvas. Every time it is unplugged or we have a power outage (frequent at my home), the Canvas factory resets and I have to set it up all over again. The recent software "updates" make setting the canvas back online a nearly impossible. When it is my lucky day and I finally get the canvas back online (about 3-4 weeks of being offline), it is just in time for the power in my neighborhood to go out or flicker once again, and we are back right where we started.
I do appreciate that the initial startup screen on the canvas has become more aesthetic over time, but I would appreciate getting to utilize my paid Meural art subscription even more.
Has anyone experienced this issue when your canvas loses power? Any solutions?
